Peace of body and mind at Bomba
Spend a relaxing weekend in the beautiful environment of Break Sokos Hotel Bomba relaxing both your mind and body. This weekend consists of various yoga classes such as vinyasa yoga, slow flow including breathing exercises and meditation. The weekend also has a yoga workshop considering the wishes of the participants as well as a relaxed yoga philosophy session. The programme is run by Terhi Palminen - she is a E-RYT500 yoga teacher and a certified teacher of jivamukti yoga.

6pm-8pm Vinyasa/restorative yoga: ending in soft and calming set of asanas and a long relaxation
SATURDAY
7.30-9am Morning exercise
9-11am Breakfast and freetime
11am-1pm Yoga Workshop

4.30pm-6pm Calming evening exercise
6pm-8.30pm Freetime
8.30pm Dinner

Price 297€/person/2 person room or 375€/person/1 person room
The package includes accommodation for two nights with breakfast, Saturday's lunch and dinner and the weekend's yoga programme. Bookings by 25th of August 2021. A booking fee of 100€/room is required. Please notice that this event requires a minimum of 12 participants to take place.
